We had to buy another one. The first one was used VERY little and it broke within 2 yes 2 years!!!!! Let's hope this one last longer or we are DONE with kitchenaid.

This is our 1st stand mixer and we just love it! Easy to use easy to clean. Can't wait to get the pasta attachment to make fresh pasta. Don't know why we waited so long to get one!

My father decided it was time to buy me a new mixer for Christmas because my old (cheap 14 year)stand mixer would make such a loud noise when I used it, and I would constantly be complaining about it not mixing the batter correctly always leaving lumps and I would have to mix again by hand. So when this unit was delivered ( hard to hide due to the size of the box!) I went ahead and opened it and made homemade chocolate Chip cookies recipe from the book supplied. OMG! I am in love with this machine, it made the best cookies EVER and the batter came out PERFECT!! NO LUMPS, I've been using the heck out of this machine NOW. And my father enjoys the Quiet of the motor he never even hears when it is running.I would recommend this machine to EVERYONE.
