As the holiday season gets closer I plan on giving my new mixer a good workout. So far I have used to make muffins and loafs. My batter for each is very thick and hard to mix by hand. I found I was not tired after baking and now want to do more and try more recipes.

I always wanted a kitchenaid mixer and received one as an early Christmas gift this year. My mother and I used it several times to make noodles for our church bazaar. It did a great job, absolutely love the pasta maker accessory! My brother ordered a pasta maker for his mixer after seeing how well mine worked. I am keeping it out on the kitchen counter where it is handy to get to, as it is quite heavy to have to move in and out of a pantry or cabinet. I would recommend this product

I've been wanting one of these mixers for a few years. You see them on all of the best cooking shows and my friends love theirs. So, I finally purchased one and it is well worth the money. Even if you only bake once a month. Plus, it's a beautiful accessory to your kitchen! Mine matches my John Deere themed kitchen perfectly!
