This gorgeous machine and I have become best friends. I keep looking for things to make so I can pull it out of the cupboard. It's too pretty to be hidden! Oh, what I wouldn't give for more counter space. I have a constant batch of cookies going and it whips my potatoes smooth without having to scrape the bowl. I love, love, love this mixer. It's a work of art.
