This is an improvement to my old one. It beats the batter better. The only complaint I have is the handle to turn it on and adjust speed is not easy to slide. It is pretty tight. Otherwise, great machine. It can even handle a double batch of chocolate chip cookie dough. :)

This is the second mixer I have purchased. I have a summer home as well as my winter home and I have one in each location. I love baking and this is a wonderful appliance to own. I have some of the attachments that make my salsa much easier for me and grate cheese in no time at all. Would I recommend this mixer, absolutely!

Best cookies & bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my stand mixer a little of a month ago. The day I got it I made my homemade butter cookies. Mixing all the ingredients was a lot easier and faster then before. I also made homemade bread for the first time thanks to my Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and it was better then store brought bread. Also, mixing cake batter was easier then using a hand mixer.
