I've only had mine a short time and recently made cookies. With the power and ease of use, it took much less time to blend the ingredients. It's like having an extra helper helping you get the job done faster. The Food Network chefs make cooking with the KitchenAid Artisan look fun and that's how I feel when I use mine.

I just love this mixer wish I would of bought one years ago . only got this at Christmas it was the best gift I could have . works great when I got it 2 of the beaters where not in the box I called and they sent them right out they just asked what model it was and mail them free of charge no trouble getting them to make good . they are great service . not like some place make you go throw so much trouble . they are just great I will be buying the ice cream maker from them .

I've had a stand-up mixer for about 30 years. My Mom gave it to me in the '60's and I thought it was OK. Then my husband gave me the KitchenAid for Christmas last year and it blew me away! I've always loved baking but it's now so easy - I can't believe it! Thank you, KitchenAid!
