I haven't bought a mixer in 30 years!! The one I had still worked but I was ready for a new one. This Kitchenaid mixer is so fun to use!! Very sturdy and so easy to mix ingredients, etc. I will be buying the meat grinder attachment so I can diversify!!

Love the red color. It is heavy though so I'm glad I don't have to carry it far.

i have wanted a kitchen aid mixer for a long time? my husband got me one for my birthday this year. I love how sturdy and durable it is, yet it doesn't take up a ridiculous amount of space. I love how it makes light work of creaming butter and sugar, or mixing cream cheese for cheesecake. I also love the variety of attachments available. I have always liked products that can multitask. Having one product that does a multitude of things, rather than having several separate appliances piled up on the counter definitely appeals to me. I am hoping to add the attachments to my kitchen in the near future! thanks for making such a great quality product!!

I have used this mixer now three times,, I love the ease, but need to figure out how to adjust the head since all ingredients do not get reached on the sides,, and what is up with that ridiculous pouring shield ?? It does not stay in place, falls out, and still ingredients do not all make it into the bowl, as there is not enough room between the mixer head and the bowl. It should not be difficult to figure out,and, for the cost, it should be more efficient.
