[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Kitchenaid stand mixer for so long, and it did not disappoint. I finally broke down and got one because I have a very popular potato roll recipe that I make for get togethers. This dough is very wet and sticky and just a pain to hand knead! The recipe is now a breeze. I now can't wait to make those recipes I once dreaded!
The splash guard is a great touch and very helpful.

My only problem is that the splash guard/ pouring thing that fits over the bowl is clearly designed for a right handed person and is difficult to use as a left handed person.
