I love my KitchenAid!
From whipping icing to shredding chicken to kneading dough, it's the best all-around mixer that i've ever used.
The one consistent thing that irritates me is that I have difficulty adding additional ingredients to the bowl while mixing without making a huge mess. The clear plastic guard on the bowl improves the design a little, but realistically, when adding dry ingredients I have to stop mixing, and lift the mixer head to add more if I want to avoid flour flying all over my kitchen.
But, compared to other mixers that i've used in the past, I can deal. I don't usually have to scrape the sides down continually when I am mixing batter, I can shred 4-6 cooked chicken breasts in about 30 seconds, I can knead bread with the dough hook that will be elastically without tiring out my hands. I can't wait to try some of the attachemetns!

Cons: Messy

I have always loved Kitchenaid products while growing up and was always envious of my mom's beautiful stand mixer. After home shopping with my boyfriend he (I mean Santa) decided to surprise me with my own amazing mixer! I have never been so excited over a gift before so clearly he did a great job. I can use it for just about any form of meal prep with ease and speed and have never been dissatisfied with the results. On top of it's great functionality the ice blue color is to die for. I can't wait to decorate my kitchen around my mixer! This mixer is my new forever and I am in love... sorry babe.
