We put this on our wedding registry and were thrilled to have had enough gift cards to pool together to make this purchase. Making bread and cookies is so much easier with a KitchenAid, and it doesn't hurt that it's so darned pretty, either!

Easy to use and surprisingly quiet -- I've read reviews and watched videos where the sound of the motor is quite loud. Mine is more quiet than expected. I used the ice cream bowl/attachments, and it churned it to soft serve consistency in less than 15 mins. I store the bowl in my freezer, so I don't know if that had something to do with it. I used the spiralizer to make zucchini strands, and it really gives consistent results. Haven't had a chance to really put it through its paces, but am looking forward to doing more with it once the school year winds down and I have more time to play with it. Keeping the original box in case I need to return/exchange because of a malfunction. So far, so good and am very happy with this handsome beast on my countertop!

I love my kitchenaid mixer. my husband wanted to buy me one years ago, but I said no, my hand mixer does a good job. Now I can't cook without my kitchenaid mixer. I use it about 2x's a week on average.

The Best Appliance Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kitchen Aid mixer and I love it. I got it not because I needed to replace the first one, which is going strong, but I needed another one. I treated myself to the Empire Red color and it is so pretty. I would only buy Kitchen Aid mixers. They are real workhorses as well as being attractive.
