I have been wanting a stand mixer for years. Now I am finally making time to learn to cook and bake, I had to have it. Having a KitchenAid Stand Mixer says "Yeah I got this". So even If I can't bake I'll look good doing it. I also bought the Grinder, the Shreader, and the strainer. Grinding meat was a breeze.

Love my KitchenAid mixer

I bought my first KitchenAid mixer because I needed a reliable mixer for my cake decorating hobby. I don't have to worry about having a big enough bowl for all my ingredients, or use all my hand/arm strength to mix everything. The mixer does all I could ask for! I just now need to invest in another bowl!

I have wanted a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for years. I never could justify the cost and bought a series of hand mixers.
After I burned up my last mixer making biscotti, I went online and found a on a Candy Red Artisan Series Stand Mixer that was the best I had seen. There was no reason to put off my purchase any longer. Since it was December 23 it was my Christmas present to me.
I was thrilled when it was delivered 24 hours later. I still had a Buche de Noel to make for Christmas Eve. I made batter, filling, and icing in no time at all. I carefully read the owner's manual and I'm glad I did. This mixer does things in half the time it took me with a hand mixer.
I'm so glad I came to my senses and purchased the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I'm looking forward to many years of whipping, creaming, and mixing and teaching the granddaughters how to cook. Maybe one of them will inherit this mixer. I hope so. I know it will be around then.
