I've always wanted one of these. Now that I have one I can't imagine trying to bake without it. This thing is a beast at mixing compared to my old mixers. It mixes in way less time and the noise level is less which makes my wife happy. It is sturdy and I believe it is the last mixer I will ever have to buy. I think if I do anything to improve the situation, it will be to purchase the glass bowl. Good job KitchenAid!

The Artisan stand Mixer will be the work horse in the Kitchen of any serious Baker... Although a lil heavy, the 325 motor adequately handles most non commercial big jobs and the choice of colors allows it to blend in with any kitchen decor...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a kitchen aid mixer for Mother’s Day!! Been wanting one forever!! I love how easy it is to take the attachments in and out!! Love the color! It’s so nice to not have to hold a hand mixer when making things!! One of my favorite item on my counter top!
