About 2 months ago I bought the Artisan mixer for my daughter and I. We love it! My grandmother has been using Kitchenaid mixers for years. My daughter loves all the different attachments available. Our older machine stopped working after 20 plus years that my grandmother had it.

Being of Polish descent, I make pierogies. I always kneaded the dough by hand. Now with my new kitchen aid mixer, the hands don't ache, and much time is saved. A wonderful purchase.

After registering for a kitchen aid for my wedding and not receiving one I was very disappointed. Instead I asked for one for Christmas this year and I am so happy that I did! Since getting my kitchen aid I have made homemade cinnamon rolls, that everyone could not stop commenting about at New Year's. EASY homemade beer bread, fresh pasta, and shredded chicken in seconds. I literally use my kitchen aid any second I can get and it is so easy to use. I was not sure initially how much I would use it but the possibilities are endless! I can not wait to buy more attachments with my kitchen aid. I wish it was not all so expensive, but even so I know that the attachments and the kitchen aid are VERY well made and will last me a long time. I even talked a close friend into getting one because of how easy it was to use, what I was able to make with it, and so easy to clean! I will never go back and would recommend spending the money - so many possibilities!
