I just bought my second kitchen aid mixer. I have the first one toy daughter. I absolutely love this mixer. I've treatrd myself to the pasta maker attatcent and the sausage maker. They are easy to use and easy cleanup. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes to cook and bake

I purchased this stand mixer a few weeks ago, my old one was stolen out of my storage unit. I chose the ice cream maker attachment and used the recipe for Pomegranate sorbet. It was awesome, I have since made a couple of cakes, cupcakes, and am going to make sticky buns for Easter. I was rather disappointed in the shield that is supposed to prevent splatter, it doesn't work well. However everything else does, including the beater that scrapes the sides of the bowl, I am so excited that I bake something almost every night. I'm going to make my Grand daughter's three tier birthday cake, Yes, Kitchen Aid is wonderful !!!!!!

I've always wanted a mixer like this after growing up using my mother's, which works as well today as it did when she received it as a gift in the 1960s.
