I received this on July 3 - used it two times - went to use it a week later and the motor was locked up. I am waitng for a replacement - then I'm sure my review will sky rocket. My mother-in-law used hers for 47 years and never had trouble - I'm hoping that will be my situation also.

Bought this new Artisan mixer because my old Classic model died after 25years. This is a true life changing machine! It is all I need to knead up batches of crusty loaves or whip up whispy batches of merengue. Definitely the most used appliance in my kitchen. I love it and I would highly recommend it!
