We use our Artisan a lot! We've especially found it to be super beneficial for making holiday cookies.

I have been having so much fun using my kitcheaid. I've made cookies, icing, French silk pie, and banana bread and they all turned out great! As I added the ingredients I just had to stop and watch the mixer get every last ingredient mixed up. It is so cool to watch. I can't wait to make my next yummy dish!!

The mixer is great to have. It is nice to use for mixing, my wrists would always hurt when stirring, the mixer makes everything so much easier. The down side to this is the weight, and the clunkiness of it. It is not always easy to just add more ingredients in while mixing, you need to stop it, lift the mixer part and then you'll have enough room. Also, all of the attachments are so expensive, it's almost not worth it to buy such an expensive item knowing everything that goes with it is so expensive.
