I have been putting my new mixer through the paces since I got it over 3 weeks ago. I have put 2 batches of muffins, 2 batches of white bread, 1 batch of rolls, and 1 batch of wheat bread and the mixer has handled it all. I did notice the machine got quite warm after doing the rolls as I put 10 cups of flour in the mix (instruction manual said that was the limit for a 5 qt mixer). I also found that the dough climbed over the hook with the 10 cups of flour, so I did have to divide the batch in half to mix it all the way. It may have just been the recipie that I used though.
I highly recommend this mixer

I use it mostly for mixing pancake batter and kneading pizza dough with the dough hook. Everything I make with it just seems to come out better than it did before I had this mixer. If I could change anything, I would've gotten one size bigger so I could do even more awesome stuff with it.
