I like the mixer. However I did have a problem with graphite in my batter when I first used the kitchen Aid mixer. Even thought I was pretty sure I cleaned everything pretty well not sure where it came from. Also I will have to get use to mixing with it. It appears to mix differently than my older mixer. To much air is added to the batter. But I think this is something I can over come. It is heavy so lifting it up over your head is not easy if you don't have a lot of arm strength or you are older. The color is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so excited to be able to bake like my mother did. The Mixer has added so much joy to my life. Before I had to drag out the hand held mixer and bowls but now it is all in one and I love it. Having to deal with breast cancer this make my life so much easier and I feel good when baking.
