Ever since my mom used to bake for us, I've wanted a KitchenAid mixer just like hers. She did have the model with the lifting head, but when I just plan on baking cookies, pies, and random goodies, the regular tilt head stand mixer was the way to go for me. Its been amazing, no problems, easy to clean, everything comes out the way I want it too. Couldn't be happier!
