LOVE My 5-Quart Artisan Mixer

I don't consider myself a cook nor baker. But when my neighbor introduced me to homemade liege waffles, I knew that I needed one to make these delicious treats. I researched for a good few weeks before pulling out all the stop to get the Artisan 5-quart! And boy am I glad I invested in one; have been baking weekly with this baby (liege waffles and cookies), find it easy to use & clean, and it elevated my kitchen counter as beautiful culinary piece! Now, I want to exploit this baby and make other delectable treats!
Have to say that it is a bit heavy to move around regularly but manageable when I clean the counters weekly (consider it weights workout)! Overall LOVE LOVE LOVE!
