I finally splurged and purchased a Kitchen aid mixer. Despite the fact that they sent me the wrong beater attachment, they were very nice on the phone and were able to send me the correct attachment in the mail in about 1 week. I love the mixer, it is exactly what I wanted and I am so excited to have it!

I only wish I would have had it years ago....

I have found no recipe that I would go back to using any other type mixer.
