I bought my Artisan several months ago and I love it. I have wanted to buy one for about 10 years. But, I should have waited to purchase my mixer. My biggest disappointment is that I received a Grinder as my free gift and if I had waited, I would have been able to get a mixing bowl (glass) instead as the free gift. Can I trade my Grinder for a Glass Bowl??

I received this for Christmas and I enjoy it tremendously! I sometimes try to think of things to make so I can use it. It speeds up the process of mixing. Pizza dough, cookies, and breads have been my top fixings. My only thing I could say that is kind of a pain is when I soften butter, I need to do it in another dish just because my bowl is metal, but, I like the sturdiness of the metal bowl. Highly recommend!

We got ours for Christmas. The only thing we didn't like was the beater was supposed to be adjusted at the factory, but when we tried it hit the bottom of the bowl. And after washing the stainless steel bowl with soap and water, we made mashed potatoes, and the bowl left grey streaks in the potatoes, and after a cake mix too. Not loving that, going to purchase a glass bowl.
