I did have problems with the machine I brought home from the store and had to contact customer service a couple of times. However they do stand by their product well and replaced parts and then finally the machine in total and my problems were solved. Customer service was helpful, courteous and quick to answer my calls and solve my issue.

The attachments have let me clear out my kitchen of multiple gadgets and now I have one machine that can do the job of 20 different products. Love the slicer/shredder attachment!
