After years of using budget mixers and getting tired of them breaking I pulled the trigger on the Artisan mixer and wow, what an awesome mixer. This is by far the highest quality appliance that I own. It does it all. I am fixing to buy the pasta attachment and start making my own. Things seem to get cheaper (made) over time but this is as well built as the one my mom bought 25 years ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!
