As a kid, I remember using my mom's KitchenAid stand mixer for everything. I'm now 50+ and just bought my first one. I'm in my kitchen cooking all the time. So why did I wait; cost, counter space, afraid it wasn't going to be a good as I remember? Instead I invested time and money into several versions of hand mixers, choppers, food processors, slicers, juicers..... I should not have waited! This is a great machine and worth the one time investment - should have done this 30+ years ago. Thanks for maintaining your quality standards down through the decades. Its good to be a KitchenAid customer again.

I received this last year for Christmas and have used it almost daily. It has cut down the time it takes to mix my ingredients and I also use less bowls. Then everything cleans up in a snap.

I am so happy with this mixer it does things other mixers don't. I have always wanted one and it took a while to save up and it was so worth it. Everything I have made has come out perfect and I think it was because of the way I was able to add the ingredients. Other mixers just make a mess and the ingredients end up on your clothes. It also has attachments that will grind meat and make juices. I am so proud of this mixer. I also watched a show called "How It's Made" and it just more convinced me that this was the mixer to get. I am so happy with everything that I have cooked, It has come out perfect and that is because of the way the mixer blends everything together, and I will be buying more Kitchen Aid products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Kitchenaid a couple of months ago and couldn't be more happier. I love baking, am just an amateur but with my new mixer, feel like a pro. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. Love it.

I bought this mixer 2 months ago and have used it 2 to 3 times a week since purchasing. Overall I am very pleased with the mixer, the only thing I dislike is that the bowl is hard to remove from the base. I do wish that I had purchased the Artisan 6.
