Just what the doctor ordered! Performs flawlessly and the red finish looks good in my kitchen. Have made bread using the hook and several batches of cookies, cupcakes. Have not used the whip attachment but expect it will deliver as well!.My kids have now shown an interest in baking too! Couldn't be more pleased!
Pros: Performance, easy to use
Cons: pasta attachment too expensive

I love this mixer. This is my second Artisan mixer. I had my first for almost 15 years, and it was still working beautifully when I gave it to a friend. This one is just as durable, user-friendly, and does a superb job of making easy work of stiff doughs. I love these mixers!

I am 44 and love to bake I have used a hand mixer my entire life. This past Christmas I received the mixer as a gift and well was a little intimidated at first but I WISH I had gotten it long ago. Worth every penny!!!! Simple to use, very sturdy, a snap to clean, looks great on counter top, has every accessory you will ever think you will need and more. The absolute best part is that it is like having a helper or extra set of hands if you will. It works while you are able to complete other tasks and from bread to cupcakes I am in my glory. The other part is I am selfish and will not let anyone else use it so I am now making pasta and grinding meat too.
