[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to the pain in both hands from Arthritis and cramping, I thought this would help me get the job done and lessen the pain I experience when using my old manual mixer. I have notice a tremendous amount of relief using this stand mixer. This was an exceptional buy for me.

I will definitely purchase other Kitchen aide appliances in the future. I have had great customer service on the few questions I have had about my mixer. It is also nice to have received a small cookbook with my mixer. It is so quiet while it is running. I like the feature that the bowl locks in place while you are mixing.
