[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new mixer. I have wanted one forever. Now I have a beautiful red one that it just awesome. It makes making cookies so much easier. My family maxes dozens of cookies around the Holidays and now we have 3 mixers to use at the same time. AWESOME!!

When I purchased the mixer I thought I would be over the moon excited about it. However, it has two chips in the paint and the plastic shield doesn't fit securely on the bowl. I didn't attempt to contact customer support because I really don't want to pay to ship it, it's really quite heavy. I made a batch of cookies the first day with it. I'm pleased to not have to mix recipes by hand! Also, the motor sounds strained when it's mixing chocolate chip cookie dough. I really hope it lasts!

As someone who loves to cook and bake on a whim, the kitchen aid stand mixer is a must. This was my go to during my Christmas baking frenzy last year. This thing never leaves my counter top.
Only thing I would change is to make the paddles and bowls dishwasher safe, hate hand washing and drying.

I have been wanting a kitchenaid for about 10 years, but was unable to buy because of the expense. I received one for my birthday this year and I love it!!!!! The only thing that was not in my box was the plastic cover to aid in adding ingredients.

Never thought I would come close to loving a mixer until I bought this one. I am not a baker, but as a born Italian I love my pasta and after purchasing the pasta attachments, I have nothing to say that this mixer and attachments make the best pasta that I have ever eaten. It is easy to use and highly recommend it to anyone. I plan on trying to do some "sweetie" baking with it soon. Buy It!!!
