I waited 35 years for one of these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this mixer last weekend so that I didn't have to knead bread dough by hand anymore. I couldn't be happier with how the loaves turned out. Made the first batch of cookies yesterday and now I'll probably leave 2 sticks of butter at room temperature on a regular basis, it was the quickest I've ever made a batch. I'm totally in love with this mixer and can't wait to see what else I can make with it. Looking forward to adding attachments.
