If you ask anyone in my family, my kitchenaid mixer is my baby. It works great and I expect to enjoy it for many years to come... HOWEVER, dont put the burnihed attachments in the dishwasher.

I thought I would use this more often than I actually do. I imagine bakers would use this very often but I typically use it for whipping cream or occasionally when I make sausage mince. It's pretty heavy so storing/breaking it out can be cumbersome...thus the reduced rating in certain categories. I suppose one way to improve it is to make it lighter.
Pros: Performance
Cons: Heavy
