Loving The Ease of Preparing Dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I “loaned” my 30-year-old Kitchenaid Classic to my son and his wife, so I needed a replacement for my space. So far, so good with my new red Artisan! I enjoy baking and the unit prepares dough very efficiently and effortlessly.

I am the main Christmas cookie baker in my family and was giving them as gifts as well in 2012. Needless to say, that was a lot of batches! I just set up my mixer for a few days and got mixing/baking. It was such a big help. It handled big batches and thick batter! I never want to be without it at Christmastime again!
