I do a ton of baking and cooking for various events, family gatherings, etc. At first, I did all of my mixing by hand, which took a lot of extra time and energy so I bought a small cheap hand held mixer from a local supermarket and the motor blew up on me while mixing up some cake batter. So I asked for a KitchenAid mixer for Christmas. It was the number one item on my list because I had heard so many good things about them. The first thing I did when I got home from our family Christmas was whip up a batch of cookies. This mixer works incredibly and is durable. I use it almost daily now and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I have been using this KitchenAid stand mixer for nine months. I had a 4-1/2 quart mixer, but gave it to my son, who is a professional chef, because I wanted a bigger one. I love it! I had my other one for 16 years! I used it just about everyday and it still looked new and operated just as it did when I took it out of the box! I love the color of my new one; my other one was white. I am sure that this mixer will not disappoint!!
