[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Artisan about a month ago. I have a standard tilt head I have had for many years and really love my KitchenAid. But I needed something bigger, more powerful for making cookie dough. I love the handle on the bowl (old one doesn't have) and the bowl is deeper. Also, it came with an accessory I was not expecting. It has a clear plastic guard that fits over the top of the bowl, that has an open chute to funnel flour, sugar, or what ever you need into the bowl without spilling the ingredients all over the counter! What a great addition! I sing the praises of KitchenAid to all my friends and family. I will never be without one as long as I can keep making cookies.

I love my KitchenMaid mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a KitchenMaid mixer for 40 plus years and loved it. It was still working but decided I wanted an updated model so chose my Series 5 Quart Tilt-head Stand Mixer. My other mixer did not tilt, love this feature. I make homemade noodles and the mixer with its noodle attachments makes this process so much easier. Also wonderful for making egg salad or chicken salad.
