[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new beautiful red Artisan mixer and I am so happy with it! I whipped cream yesterday for a new strawberry ice cream recipe and it was whipped in 3 min. with the large beater. It was so quiet, too. I was amazed and delighted. I have wanted one of these for a long time. So I bought it as an early birthday gift for my birthday coming in September. I am excited and plan to be baking a lot in the next few weeks. Love my new mixer!
