So far I have only used this mixer for an angel food cake mix and it whipped up the mix beautifully. It was light and huge! I had finished my marathon Christmas cookie baking before my new Artisan mixer arrived so I have not put it to the real test of massive cookie dough but I'm confident it will be up to the challenge. I've always wanted one of these mixers and so far I'm very happy with it and I love the color!
