Terrific Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this mixer and it sure beats a hand mixer. Works so well and now I can make bagels, breads along with my cookies for my grandson each week. Absolutely love it and highly recommend this Kitchen Aid stand mixer.

I've had my eye on the Artisan for a long time. After finding an excellent deal, I finally took the plunge and ordered it. It arrived in just 2 days! I picked Blue Willow, and it goes with my kitchen perfectly! We all know how important that is! ;) I opened it up, and oohed and ahhed. Then, I went right for the big guns. I decided to bake some bread! I chose a honey wheat recipe, and not one from the guide book. I wanted to see if the dough hooks truly worked and I was pleasantly surprised. After taking the dough out of the bowl, I only had to knead it maybe 5 times, and it was ready to go. The bread turned out just beautifully. Today, I baked chocolate chip cookies. I love the paddle mixer. It hit all sides of the bowl, as well as the bottom. No hand mixing was needed at all. Another success! My goal now is to get the meat grinder attachment and the sausage maker. I have my mom's recipe for Polish Kielbasa, and I want to continue her legacy of making homemade sausage. My only regret is waiting so long to buy the mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only ever had a used Kitchenaid mixer - never a brand new one for myself until this Christmas. I LOVE IT!! The large bowl gives me the room to make a big double batch of cookies for my family. I also got the juicer attachment which is fabulous! I can't wait to try more and more recipes with my new Kitchenaid!

I've wanted a kitchen aid mixer for so many years but was out of my budget. Finally got mine a few weeks ago and it's amazing. Such a time saver to have your hand free to do something else while mixing, such as put supplies away. I made my fudge yesterday in it and my guests raved about it...so fluffy and light. I truly was impressed!

I've always wanted a stand mixer, and my husband bought one for me for Christmas. I have absolutely loved it! It's so much faster than using a hand mixer that you have to stop and put down each time you add something. I also like that the parts are dishwasher safe.
