I recently utilized this mixer for the first time and it is my very first counter top mixer. I am glad I purchased one. I made KAF (KIng Arthur Flour) brand homemade, made-from-scratch brownies, with their flour. They are excellent! The mixer performed well and I am confident it will perform with any task I give it. I will be looking forward to utilizing the other attachments that came with the unit Plus, I have the grinder attachment to make meat salads (ham, etc.). A great addition to any kitchen.
