I received this mixer as an Anniversary gift from my husband! Some girls ask for diamonds...I asked for a KitchenAid! It is all I dreamed of in a mixer & more! The Empire Red is the perfect shade of red! In my opinion the stainless steal bowl is much lighter than the glass bowl that comes with some of the other mixers. It comes with a great assortment of attachments! This is a mixer that I will enjoy for many, many years to come!

I made an apple nut cake within an hour of receiving my mixer, and it was a breeze. Not a complaint, but I'm not as crazy about the pouring shield as I expected. It's easier to pour and dump straight into the bowl.

I love this mixer. I make Seitan (vegan protein:meat alternative). It makes the process so much easier. I can make twice as much!! Love it! And the new colors and finishes; its so beautiful on my counter! I chose the color that matches my backsplash perfectly. Simply awesome.

My husband and children bought me a KitchenAid mixer 4.5 quart over 20+ years go for Christmas and was the best present ever! I used this mixer and so did my best friend for a few years before she had her family get her one for Christmas. I have recommended KitchenAid mixer for quality and value over the years to many of my family and friend who have purchased and was very satisfied with the mixers. This last November I purchased the 5 quart series because I have 14 plus grandchildren who all live within a mile and enjoy the baking I do using my KitchenAid. I would highly recommend your mixers to anyone due to the quality and endurance they have. I will note this one has a little more "noise" than my old one I gave to my daughter which she loves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting to get one forever but I couldn't afford one. Kohls had a deal on it and it was almost Mother's day also...so my husband offered to get me one. I love it so much. Now I dont have to hold the hand blender anymore.
