In the first two days we used our new KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer to make rosemary smashed potatoes, mash sweet potatoes with roasted garlic, whip up some whipping cream, do a test batch of homemade non-dairy creamer, make meringue for maple meringue pecans and create the best guacamole. It's powerful and so sturdy it never budged on the counter - and it's gorgeous, too!
Pros: easy to use, Design, It's Gorgeous!, Performance, love the liquid graphite color!
Cons: the bowl scraper beater should be included.
