I bought this in the middle of November to replace a 22-year-old model that broke down. I couldn't be without a Kitchen Aid mixer for the holidays! I bake a lot and couldn't imagine my life without one. A few things have changed from my old one, but the performance is the same - excellent! No matter how heavy a dough is, it mixes perfectly.

I bought my KitchenAid mixer a few days before Thanksgiving and I'm glad I did! It made baking for the big day a breeze. My favorite part is that you can make a recipe in just one bowl instead of dirtying everything in the kitchen in order to cream sugar and butter and sift flour and baking soda. The machine itself is very quiet and the pour shield was a nice added bonus. I thought I was going to have to wait until I got married to own one of these, but there was such a great holiday deal that I couldn't pass it up! Great job, KitchenAid!!

We've always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer. The ease of use and the additional attachments for the power head allowed us to eliminate several separate tools that have been taking up space in our minuscule kitchen.

This is my second Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. I used my first one for at least 15 years and love it. I love my second one just as much. I would by it over again in a heart beat.

LUV THIS "SMALLER" SIZE MODEL BUT STILL HAS ALL THE POWER TO DO WHAT I NEED IT TOO. FITS WELL IN MY KITCHEN! Personally, prefer this model's tilt head versus the bowl lift types. My mother has one that was her mother's and its till going strong after 60 plus years!
