I had been using a kitchen center for the last 35 years. My son and daughter in law bought me my new kitchenaid for Christmas. I was amazed at the difference! My first project was a cheese ball which had bogged down my other mixer. This one just beat it like it was nothing! I'm in love with my new mixer!
