I purchased this much-long-awaited-for item about a month ago and absolutely am in love with it. I've always wanted to buy one and it felt like christmas when I finally got one. I've made cupcakes, cookies, bread, etc. And all of them have turned out so wonderful, I just love to bake!!! This has been a game changer for sure and it puts a huge smile on my face every time I use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my mixer. its amazing to be able to just add things to the mixing bowl and not have to worry about it not being able to make it. Only thing i'm not a fan of is how the beater wont get the very bottom so i have to stop it at times and get my bottom myself. Other than that I absolutely love my mixer. I have now a couple attachments for it and I love how they work as well. A recipe I love to make normally takes hours to make only took me a maybe an hour with the shredder and slicer attachment.

I've always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer but the price always made me hesitate. I've burned out at least a half dozen mixers in my 50+ years cooking. This Kitchenaid is powerful, well built, attractive, colorful and extremely easy & enjoyable to use. I'm sorry I waited so long to get mine.

My bread has always been hit or miss kneading by hand. In the first week, I made Biga (Italian starter), Olive Bread and also a loaf of Rosemary bread. Ill admit the Olive bread dough was a bit wet but that's my fault for not figuring out how to add flour during the kneading process.
The Rosemary bread was perfect. I learned a lot on the Olive Bread.
Right now, it is all about kneading the for home-baked bread. However, I'm already looking at the pasta extruder and will let my wife use it if she wants as we do share the kitchen.
