I bought my mixer over 12 years ago. After years of moving with the military, it's been on its last leg. It still works but screws and bits have been missing over the course of half a dozen moves. It's been used at least four times a week. I make bread very often. My husband bought me a new one for my birthday. We are moving again, this time to the The Netherlands. Will my new mixer work there? Is it dual voltage? Or do I need to store it away until we return?

I absolutely love my Artisan series 5 quart Mixer and the red color is always an encouragement to start making the holidays festive with all kinds of baked breads and treats. Kneading bread was always the hardest and I never looked forward to the hard work. Now I enjoy making my specialty breads from Finland that my mother always baked. Cakes, cookies all are so much easier to make now.. Easy and time saving too. Cooking is more enjoyable.. I'm still a messy cook in the kitchen but what is a little flour here and there when grand kids are helping. Thanks for making a great product.

I have always wanted one and am so glad I did. It is built to last and comes with 3 great accessories. It does eveything and with add ons that you can buy from Kitchenaide it does beyond everything!!!
