Recieved as a wedding gift. I literally had tears of joy opening the box because I zoomed into the future & imagined al the memories I would be making by having a KitchenAid in the family. It has changed my life. I use it to make mashed potatoes as well as all of my favorite cookie, cake & brownie recipes. Having the KitchenAid has also allowed me to try new recipes. I have always loved baking, but always avoided it due to the time & effort. Now with my "workhorse" in the kitchen, I am able to do just about anything in half the time or less. The only downside is that the machine is quite heavy & I can't move it easily, but I would not trade that for the high quality & longevity of this machine.
Pros: easy to use, Design, Performance, Diverse, Convenient Features
Cons: Heavy

I grew up using my mom's stand mixer and I when I got married I didn't know how I would survive without one! My husband and I didn't have the money for one, so my amazing mother in law bought me one for Christmas and it is the greatest gift I could've received! I use it whenever I can! I find excuses to use it over my hand mixer.
