I bought this on a "Black Friday" special with the intent of using it for a baking business I hope to begin. The hardest part was deciding on a color! I decided on the Cobalt Blue because it blends with my kitchen, but is also a color that makes me smile. I have used it to make cakes, cookies and bread; it works wonderfully. It's so nice to have the mixer going while I gather other things together. It saves time and physical energy. It is a heavy mixer and I have found a cloth placed underneath makes it easier to move around the counter, where I store it.
