I waited and waited for almost 15 years to get a KitchenAid mixer. I hemmed and hawed for a long time but after actually using one to make Holiday Cookies, I was sold. I did my research and read many reviews on this product. 90% of what I read was positive and I made the decision to buy it. I have made bread, pizza dough and cookies and did it in half the time as hand mixing.

After wishing and wanting for years, I finally became the proud owner of a new KitchenAid mixer this past Christmas! I was blessed enough to receive this mixer as a gift. I absolutely love it! I could not have afforded it on my own, but I definitely think it is money well spent if you can! Bread is not an easy task from what I hear. With the included bread hook, I was able to make bread for the first time and it turned out absolutely perfectly, with very little kneading required by me manually. I also used it to make a couple of batches of cupcakes and cheesecake. I feel spoiled going from a cheap little hand mixer, and although I've only had this mixer a couple of weeks now, it has persuaded me to bake more because it is super easy to use and makes it much less of a hassle! I really do love this mixer and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
