I recently purchased my mixer and have only tried cakes and icing but can't wait to get into my bread recipes and try them out. I am really having a tremendous guilt for spending this amount of money for a mixer so it will really have to perform high to rationalize this expense.

I bought the KitchenAid Stand Mixer about 2 weeks ago and I am so thrilled with the purchase. I'm not very good in the kitchen, but am trying to learn more about how to cook/bake, etc. We have already made several pizzas, mashed potatoes, cookies, and a few other things with our mixer. It really gets everyone involved and is fun to use! Also - I love the fact that it's available in the Aqua Sky color - we love it! My boyfriend got me the spiralizer for Christmas and I can't wait to use it. I want to collect all the attachments :).
