If you want a mixer that can do it all; KitchenAid is for you. This is my second KitchenAid mixer.My first mixer is 16 years old and I plan on sending that in for repair so I can use that one for my extra heavy dough items.I love the tilt option of my new mixer. That makes it so much easier to add extra ingredients.

I have wanted one of these for a long time and felt it was time to treat myself. I bake a lot - cakes, bread, cookies etc. I made pumpkin whoopee pies for Thanksgiving and it was a breeze. It was so easy to cream the butter and sugar. I love the guard that prevents the dry ingredients from flying out of the bowl. Love this!
