This mixer has a strong motor for heavy cookie doughs

I love my new mixer, however it does not have good access for adding ingredients while mixing. I think the design could be improved upon for that purpose. Otherwise I like the strength of the motor and the mixing ability.
Pros: easy to use, Performance
Cons: adding ingredients while mixing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not able to find information that helps me actually use my mixer. The recipes are only available on a paid app. The directions in the box do not produce the correct texture of pasta. I do not have time to take a course or buy additional classes or apps just to use a mixer.
