[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little disappointed in my new mixer. I had a kitchen aid classic for 30 years. I used it above beyond what would be considered normal use. When I purchased my new one the quality was so different. Made much cheaper in quality. I am hoping as I use it I will get use to it and it works and last as well as my first one. Will keep you posted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just before Christmas . This mixer is amazing. I have one concern. The slight problem I do have is with the shield to prevent splatters. It doesn't fit well and hard to keep on, so I don't just use it!

I have had my kitchen aid for about a month now, and I'm not sure how I cooked and baked without it before! I make sourdough bread often and it is SO much better with my mixer. I think I must have been getting tired before I got it thoroughly kneaded. It is fluffier now. Even my husband noticed the difference. The mixer is the only change. Buy one. You won't regret it. Oh, and the green apple color is beautiful!
