Received this for Xmas, and love it, but the dough hook came with a chip in it and the retailer in Belfast, Me. has yet to make good on that damaged part. So, as much as I have wanted to start making bread, I haven't yet been able to !?!? Would love to have this issue resolved at no charge to me !

We have had our stand mixer for about 3 weeks, and it works beautifully! Also, the majestic yellow looks perfect in our gray and white kitchen. I've used it just about every day and have tried many new recipes that I had been wanting to try. I'm glad we bought the Kitchenaid bowl-scraping paddle when we bought the mixer. Looking forward to trying more of the additional attachments soon!

I am so glad I decided to quit waiting and just get this mixer. It is everything it is supposed to be. I made my daughter's birthday cake using a from scratch recipe heavily dependent on a mixer and it was perfect. I use it to shred slow cooked chicken or pork. It is great and I love the color I chose. I hope this mixer stays this powerful and useful for many years to come.
